Parents & Carers First Aid Class

Whether you’re expecting a baby, raising young children, or caring for little ones, this relaxed and practical first aid class is designed to help you feel calmer and more confident in an emergency.

As parents and carers, many of us worry about situations like choking, fevers, burns, head bumps, or whether we’d know what to do in a CPR emergency - yet very few of us have ever been properly taught what to do.

This friendly, judgement-free session focuses on simple, life-saving skills that could make a real difference in those first vital minutes before help arrives.

Over two hours, we’ll cover essential emergency first aid for babies and children, with plenty of time to ask questions, practise your skills and build confidence.

No medical knowledge needed - just a welcoming, supportive space to learn, ask questions, and leave feeling far more prepared.

Training is delivered by experienced healthcare professionals, currently practising within the NHS.

Partners, grandparents and carers are all very welcome.
