Parents and Kids Yoga @ Chicago Women's Park & Gardens

About the practice:

45-minute FUN kids yoga class designed to have fun learning yoga, developing body awareness, building concentration, increasing confidence and positive self image with your little ones.

Reserve 1 ticket per participant. For example, if a parent came with 2 children, you would reserve 3 tickets.

Please bring your own mat. Masks to be worn at all times.

Note: Due to capacity limits, please be respectful of your neighbors and the instructor by attending after registration. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration no less than 48 hours before the class to allow another participant to register.

About the instructor:

Jennifer strives to make yoga more accessible and is dedicated to understanding the human experience of her students, providing tools that encourage a positive shift both on and off the mat.

About the organization:

The PiEproject Foundation is dedicated to optimizing health through the physical, mental and social practices of yoga.

- Practice, Invest, Experience.We host yoga classes to recognized 501c3 organizations and pay certified instructors to teach them.

We refer people to yoga studios in their community and subsidize the fees for yoga classes for those in need.

We create and provide opportunities for people to attend yoga events that support those in need having access to mind and body wellness.
