Parenting Your Inner Child

In this lighthearted lunch-and-learn class, Kristen Tame will blend her parenting system, The Tame Method, and parts work to help you learn to meet your own needs.

You will learn:

• How to be a Balanced Leader with yourself
• The 6 essential Belonging and Boundary Needs
• How to decode your unhealthy behavior and negative emotions to find your underlying unmet need.

Each class will be a mini-lesson followed by a group discussion. Parents and non-parents, please join! Class is appropriate for ages 18 and up.
