Fear, Worry & Anxiety: Supporting Your ChildrenWhat do you do when your child is struggling with anxiety? How can you best respond? According to the National Institutes of Health, nearly 1 in 3 teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18 will experience an anxiety disorder. The rise in anxiety among teens is especially concerning in our post-pandemic world. It’s not a matter of if your child will face anxiety, but when. So, how can you be there for them when it happens?
This workshop is designed to equip parents with practical, faith-based tools to support teens through anxiety. Rooted in Scripture, we’ll explore how to understand anxiety from a biblical perspective and offer effective strategies to help teens navigate the emotional, physical, and mental challenges they face. You’ll leave with tangible resources for the mind, body, and heart, empowering you to be a steady presence in your child’s life during times of anxiety.
