Lastree Lemene-Haig is the founder of Ready Set Declutter, a professional organizing company based in Orlando, Florida that goes far beyond tidy shelves and pretty bins. Her own journey through anxiety, depression and ADHD led her to experience firsthand how powerful and transformative decluttering and organizing can truly be. As she began helping friends and family, she watched that same relief ripple through their lives too, and instantly knew she had to turn that calling into something bigger. Her approach blends warmth, humor, and just enough tough love to help clients reset not only their homes, but their sense of calm and control. She brings a rare lens to the organizing world, one that leads with compassion, ditches the pressure of perfection, and meets clients exactly where they are. When she’s not transforming spaces, she’s enjoying life with her husband, their fur baby girl, and the people she loves most.

Cindy Ransom, LMFT, is a licensed therapist, stress specialist, and founder of The Stress Zodiac Collective. She helps overwhelmed moms understand how physical clutter impacts their nervous systems—and what actually helps when traditional organizing advice doesn't stick.
As a therapist and mom based in Lake Nona, Cindy specializes in stress management strategies that fit how your brain actually works, not how it "should" work. She's passionate about helping parents create home environments that support calm instead of adding to the chaos.
