Andrew is an education writer, thinker and trainer focused on the school-based relational cultures of boys and girls. Andrew was a Headteacher for 18 years and founded Girls on Board in 2017. He stepped away from Headship in 2021 and now dedicates his time to training teachers how to help girls in their friendships at school and how to help boys be the best they can be. He also recently published a book entitled ‘How to Run a School’.
