Description:

This month, we will be discussing SCREENTIME, teen use and the rises in mental illness, exposure to pornography, the impact of social media use, video game addiction, and so much more. Since the 1980’s, “play-based childhoods” have been on the decline, and “screen-based childhoods” have been on the rise. We will discuss simple strategies for parents and kids to break free from the traps of screen addiction. We want you to get your lives back and give your kids the chance to experience childhood the way it was intended! We want to help you eliminate the never-ending debates and arguments you’re having, the constant pressure to monitor, and dissipate the sense overwhelm you make experience when things feel out of control. You will leave this group with a better sense of what it means to be screen smart, how to support your children’s development, and get your families back on track to be connected and present.
