Join us for a fun excuse to get out of the house and have some meaningful time for you! With a small group of moms, we will enjoy healthy snacks (maybe some wine too), laughs, and get back to our love of reading with a special focus on self care, learning more about ourselves and our own upbringings, and how taking care of ourselves can lead us to become the parent our children need!
This group will meet once a month for 3 months to discuss, share, and apply personal applications of strategies we have read about with opportunities to gain new perspectives, make new friends, and improve upon ourselves throughout our own parenting journeys.
This class is $90 and includes a book to keep and refreshments!
We will be reading Decoding Boys by Cara Natterson, MD.
