Looking like your child is coping does not always mean they are coping. This workshop explores masking and the hidden effort involved in meeting sensory, social and everyday expectations.
We'll look at why children may mask, what can happen beneath the behaviours others see, and why the impact may show up most strongly at home. We'll consider ways to reduce pressure, support recovery and create more space for your child to be themselves
