Are you a parent who has been wondering if you’re “doing it right”? Do you feel lost when it comes to handling your kids’ anxiety on top of your own? No matter the age of your children, this group could be the place for you! This group of parents gather twice a month to support one another on the parenting journey as we learn about themselves and feel less alone. We’d love for you to join us, especially if you’ve been thinking about it and have been hesitant to take the step.
In our next series, we will listen to podcast episodes each week that explore topics around allowing compassionate parenting that teaches our young humans consequences and healthy discipline. This will include episodes from experts/authors like Dr. Becky (author of Good Inside), Jonathan Haidt (author of The Anxious Generation), and more.
Childcare will be provided in the nursery.
