Join us for a casual, drop-in support group for parents and caregivers of children or adults with I/DD or special health care needs. Parenting in this world can feel isolating, overwhelming, and emotionally heavy, especially when you’re trying to navigate systems, support your family, and keep yourself afloat. This group gives you a place to breathe. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can talk openly with others who genuinely get it.Come to share your wins, vent frustrations, ask questions, or simply sit with people who understand the daily realities of caregiving. Whether you need resources, emotional support, or just to feel less alone, this group offers connection, compassion, and community. There’s no pressure to prepare anything or attend every time, just show up as you are.
