Parenting a child or adult who is autistic, has ADHD or an Intellectual disability can be isolating - but you do not have to do it alone.
Join us every 4 weeks for a relaxed, friendly evening to:
💛 Connect with other parents and carers
🗣 Share stories, laughs and challenges
☕️ Enjoy a cuppa and some time for you
🌱 Build a supportive community that gets it
