We believe that movement is for every-“body”. Our Parent Movement Classes are every Wednesday from 4:05 – 4:50 p.m., making it 45 minutes of pure movement.
Our Parent Movement Classes will start on September 11th, and we will be coordinating with Coach Kerry’s swim class schedule throughout the fall for the parents who have kids swimming with Coach Kerry. If you have one or more of your kids with you, they are more than welcome to accompany you. This is a kid friendly class!
We will be meeting in front of the door across from the pool entrance.
Each week there will be a different theme and focus for the class. We are excited to bring a parent class option for those whose kids swim with Coach Kerry, in addition to parents on the outside who want to participate in this movement class, and we are excited to have church members, who are parents, join in as well.
AMC Rip’d Fit LLC movement classes are made to allow each of us to connect with movement and learn new information about how our bodies move. Our very own Certified Personal Trainer, Alexandra, will be leading these classes. Many of you may know Alexandra as Coach Alexandra with Kerry Wick Swimming and Dolphin Swim School. Alexandra has been actively studying movement for over a decade and is passionate about learning more each and every day. We are excited to be partnering with Good Shepherd to bring more movement centered classes to the community!
We ask that you wear whatever is comfortable for you. Movement can be done in any and all outfits - workout clothes are not required.
To sign up for this parent movement class, you can go through tickets on Facebook or go to our website and follow the registration directions there.
We accept drop-ins, but you will be required to sign in prior to participating in the class. Our parent movement classes are limited to only ten people (adults), so please be respectful if we end up with a full class and cannot accept drop-ins.
Notice: we only accept pre-payments when you register for the class or cash if you drop-in.
