The first Parent Council meeting of the school year will be on Tuesday 30th September at 6:30pm, in the school.
This will be our Annual General Meeting where you can find out what the Parent Council, what events we organise, what we do with the money we raise, and how to get involved. New parents are encouraged to come along, ask questions, and volunteer, even if you have no prior experience!
This year our current office bearers (chair, treasurer, secretary) are ALL stepping down. We have each held our positions for several years and cannot continue due to other responsibilities, or because our children are moving on to new schools.
In order for the Parent Council to continue running events like the Spooky Doo and Jingo Bingo, we NEED new parents to take on these roles. Otherwise unfortunately the Parent Council will be forced to disband.
We understand that finding childcare for evening meetings can be tricky, so this is a family-friendly meeting and you are very welcome to bring your kids with you (including babies/toddlers).
