Family Ninja Classes are for anyone 5 or older. This parent-child class is designed for both parents and kids to get moving and have fun together. You and your ninja will work together to learn how to tackle ninja obstacles, and problem-solving courses, and build self-esteem! We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliffhangers, and tilted ladders; all Ninja-inspired obstacles!
If you are looking for something different to do with your child and want to try a unique way to be active come check this class out! All fitness levels are welcome! All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer.
