PARENT + BABY YOGA – 6 WEEK SERIESDesigned for new parents to get back in balance physically, mentally, and emotionally, while playfully bonding with their new baby.
Poses focus on gently realigning your body and restrengthening your core to help you manage all of the physical and emotional challenges of parenthood, with an emphasis on healing and self-care.
Suggested age for baby is from 6 weeks to beginning to crawl.
Mother should also have approval from her primary health care provider.
