Welcome to Parent & Tot yoga - your opportunity to stretch while your little ones socialize with each other or, if we are lucky, join in a little bit too (no pressure kiddos!)Where: Rockwood Lodge (lower level), Sechelt
When: Every Monday in January - please note Jan 6 & 13th the class will start at 9.30am, Jan 20 & 27th the class will begin at 3pm - we will see what works best for everyone and potentially add future classes after this trial run! *This will not be run as a 'series' you can pick and choose the classes that work for you, and you can also attend one week and your spouse/additional carer another - this class is open to all parents/carers.

Cost: Your first class is $10, $13 thereafter with pre-booking, or $15 drop-in. Booking can be made at [email protected]
