Come and dance with your baby and preschoolers in a class where you get to move too and nurture strong bonds with your child through the art of dance.
Class includes: fun dance activities, choreography for the whole family, rhythm, rhymes and lots of music. Parents: a focus on breath, weight, balance, elasticity of the musculature and connective tissue, as well as notions of anatomy are included in the class for you to enjoy and develop as well. The class is respectful of new moms’ needs, and can be restorative.
