Stay active, have fun, and bond with your child!Join our Parent & Me Fitness Class, led by a certified personal trainer. This upbeat class helps caregivers build strength, boost energy, and model healthy habits—all while kids join in with interactive movements that make fitness a family affair.
👨👩👧 All families welcome — parents, grandparents, foster parents, guardians, and more!
💪 Caregiver participation required (this is a “move together” class).
✨ No fitness experience needed—just bring your energy and a smile!
Registration is preferred; drop-ins welcome!
