Are you a new parent, grandparent, or caregiver looking for something nurturing and meaningful to do with your baby? This 4-week reflexology course is a beautiful way to bond, relax, and learn gentle techniques that can help with common baby ailments such as colic, constipation, teething discomfort, and sleep.
💫 What’s Included:
– A calm, baby-led space where you’re free to feed, cuddle, or change as needed
– Weekly reflexology demonstrations with take-home handouts & recorded demos
– Provided: yoga mats, blankets, cold-pressed organic sunflower oil
– Refreshments including herbal teas, juice, and sweet treats
– A goody bag and certificate of completion
✨ This course is completely baby-led – no pressure and no judgment. Whether your little one is asleep, feeding, or fussy, the learning continues gently in the background. Suitable for newborns to pre-crawlers, and a lovely shared experience for grandparents too.
👜 Just bring what you’d normally take for a day out – we’ve got everything else covered.
đź’‰ Please ensure baby vaccinations have taken place at least 24 hours prior to the session.
Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive – book early to secure your place!
