Come join us at Narra Collective for a relaxing and rejuvenating Soul Sundays event! Unwind and recharge your soul with a warm community atmosphere as you are surrounded by like-minded individuals seeking peace and connection.

We present:

• 60 minutes of flow yoga, breathwork, gratitude journaling by Vee Desai-Gomez @beachyogasocal
• Refreshing small bites and juices by our very own @chaibabyjc

A little bit about your Yoga Instructor:

Vee Desai-Gomez is a certified Yoga Instructor, with 500 hours of formal training, and the founder of Beach Yoga SoCal in Santa Monica, CA. She has been teaching yoga for ten years, and is currently pursuing her Yoga Therapy degree to deepen her own knowledge and heighten her offering. She began practicing yoga when she was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disorder and was looking for holistic healing options. She is passionate about helping others experience the benefits of a consistent yoga practice, and showing students how to live yoga on and off the mat. She is also a twin mom and has two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in nature.
