Sculpt, Sweat, Socialize & Raise Funds for PARCA with the Auxillary at Body ROK!

Come join us at BODYROK Peninsula - San Mateo on Friday November 8th for a heart-pumping, muscle-toning event that will leave you feeling strong and energized. Body ROK's expert instructors will guide you through a high-intensity workout that combines pilates, cardio, and strength training for a full-body burn like no other.

There will be 2 classes 1pm-2pm and 3pm-4pm, hang out between 2pm-3pm.

16 slots per class. Please sign up for only 1 slot.

All proceeds will be donated directly to PARCA.
