Mindfulness Mondays at Nouveau Chapeau will allow space/time for open discussions about self-care and wellness topics that will support your personal growth and help to strengthen your ability to reconnect with your authentic self.
This session will focus on understanding how you may be paralyzed by your perfectionist behaviors and beliefs. We will examine why striving for excellence; all or nothing thinking and procrastination are exhausting behaviors that accompany being perfect! We will learn to set realistic goals and find success and peace in just being “good enough”. Session will include healing energy, meditation and reflection points.
Participants may want to bring a pen/journal. Private shopping opportunity from 6:15pm - 6:55pm. Session begins promptly at 7:00pm.
