Doors Open 12pm – venue closes 1am. Drinks will be available to purchase at the bar.

Seating: Arbory Paraiso is a stand-up event with tables for GA tickets being first come first serve on the day.

Cancellation: Tickets can be cancelled without charge up until 72 hours prior to event start time, all requests prior to 72 hours will be honoured after which time refunds will not be available. To request a ticket refund, please do so via the Eventbrite Website only by following the link on your ticket email. Unfortunately we cannot honour refund requests made in person, via email or over the phone regardless of how far in advance they're sent.

Early Bird: Early Bird Tickets are available until Oct 30 or until allocation is sold out.

- IMPORTANT: Please note this event is for Arbory Afloat Upper Deck. This space is only accessible via stairs.

– Arbory Afloat is an outdoor venue. While substantial umbrella cover is available, we suggest guests bring rain protection such as umbrellas or rain coats in the event of inclement weather.

– Cancellation available up until 72 hours prior to event via an Eventbrite request only.

– Please alert our staff to any dietary requirements upon entry to the venue.

– Arbory takes its responsible service of alcohol seriously. Please encourage your guests to drink responsibly as no refund can be offered if a guest is asked to leave due to intoxication or anti-social behaviour.

– In the event that Covid restrictions increase and we must cancel some or all bookings, full refunds will be given including the booking fee.
