TRIPPED (BELGIUM)
We welcome Hardcore Techno legend Tripped
Hailing from Belgium, Francis Jaques has been Djing since the tender age of 15, quickly become A key figure in the underground rave & hardcore scene.
With his first vinyl release dating back to 2007, he kept a steady output of releasing new music over the years. Reaching well over a 100 released tracks, remixes and collaborations.
While deeply rooted in Hardcore Techno, his style is not limited to a certain genre Always staying true to his- gut, he keeps innovating his sound by using both analog and digital techniques, often with a wink to the pure and raw sound of the 90's.
Dark, moody and kick-drum heavy sets the tone.
He is responsible for a wide range of techno-inflected hardcore on some of the most respected labels in the scene, in addition of working with some of the biggest artists on the market.
As manager of Madback Records, he also creates abstract paintings and mixes graphic design to showcase a unique collaboration of artwork and music on this exciting platform.
Till this date he is considered one of the most diverse acts from Belgium, His raw and powerful build-up sets - ranging from Rave, Techno, Industrial, Acid to Gabber and Oldschool Terror - has seen him perform all over the world and at major events such as Thunderdome, Masters Of Hardcore, Tomorrowland, Bangface, Defqon. 1, Kompass Klub, Dominator, Astropolis, Decibel and many more.
In 2023 he commemorated two decades of relentless dedication to the industry.
No matter the style or BPM, Tripped is gonna smash the place
