Join us at Paradiso Music Room in Byron Bay for a special night with François K, one of the most respected DJs and producers from New York City.

Born in France and based in NYC since the 1970s, François K has been part of dance music culture for over 50 years. He played at famous clubs like Studio 54, Paradise Garage, The Loft, and Zanzibar, helping shape the sound of modern club music. His DJ sets are known for being deep, soulful and carefully built, taking dancers on a journey rather than just playing tracks.

François K is also a legendary producer and remixer. He has worked with world-famous artists such as Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, U2, Mick Jagger, and many more. He is a founding member of the iconic Body & SOUL parties in New York and ran the long-running Deep Space NYC nights, which became a home for underground and forward-thinking music.

What makes François K special is his unique way of DJing. He often mixes music live in new ways, creating fresh versions on the spot, no sets are ever the same. His sound moves through house, disco, dub, soul, and electronic music with warmth and emotion.

The night will be supported by Dai Hovey and Zjoso (Tribqu/Mel) .
