By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following:

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICES: It is the policy of the golf course to serve alcohol in a responsible manner. Arcis is responsible for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages as regulated by State Law. The Arcis’ alcoholic beverage license requires the Arcis to (1) request proper proof of legal age to consume alcohol, (2) refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person cannot provide the proper identification, and (3) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Arcis’ judgment, appears intoxicated. Please note that all alcoholic beverages served on the Premises must be provided by the Golf Course and dispensed by the Golf Course staff only. No flasks or outside alcohol are permitted on the Premises. Upon request, Arcis can offer to secure a cab or ride service for any guest who is intoxicated.

In Arcis’ sole discretion; we reserve the right to remove anyone from the Premises who engages in disruptive, violent, profane, intoxicated or abusive behavior.

Individual guests are responsible for any damages, costs or liabilities that result from themselves. Arcis, Erin Douglas, the reunion planning committee, or any volunteer, will not assume the responsibility for personal property or equipment brought on the premises including damage to, theft, or loss of any merchandise/equipment or articles left at the facility or unattended.

INDEMNIFICATION: HOST(AS ”INDEMNIFYING PARTY”) SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS, Erin Douglas, members of the volunteer committee, affiliated companies, ARCIS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AFFILIATED AND RELATED COMPANIES, AND PERMITTED ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, ”INDEMNIFIED PARTY”) AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, DEFICIENCIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, INTEREST, AWARDS, PENALTIES, FINES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES OF WHATEVER KIND, INCLUDING [REASONABLE] ATTORNEYS’ FEES, THAT ARE INCURRED BY INDEMNIFIED PARTY (COLLECTIVELY, ”LOSSES”), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY CLAIM ALLEGING BODILY INJURY, DEATH OF ANY PERSON OR DAMAGE TO REAL OR TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY CAUSED BY :

(A) ANY NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION OF INDEMNIFIED PARTY OR ITS PERSONNEL (NOT INCLUDING ANY RECKLESS OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT) IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT; or

(B) ANY NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION OF INDEMNIFYING PARTY OR ITS PERSONNEL (INCLUDING ANY RECKLESS OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT) IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section, Indemnified Party may select its own legal counsel to represent its interests, and Indemnifying Party shall reimburse Indemnified Party for its reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees immediately upon request as they are incurred; and remain responsible to Indemnified Party for any Losses indemnified under this Section. Indemnifying Party shall give prompt written notice to Indemnified Party of any proposed settlement of a claim that is indemnifiable under this section.
