About Mobile Mill

Created and operated by teaching artist Jillian Bruschera, The Mobile Mill was custom-built for pop-up paper production. The studio’s transportable nature enables Jillian to teach the craft of hand papermaking to anyone, anywhere. The Mobile Mill considers art-making – in this case the making of handmade papers from recyclable fibers – a way to engage and generate physical, creative community. In motion since 2014, The Mobile Mill has traveled extensively for open-studio events and lectures, public art interventions, and interdisciplinary workshop series that promote collaboration between hand papermaking and other media.
About Amatoria Fine Art Books

Amatoria Fine Art Books is a neighborhood brick-and-mortar bookshop occupying an attractive corner location in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. The previous owner, Richard Press, built a 35 year legacy as a bookseller and art lover, with a stellar reputation for offering only the finest in art books. The current two-owner team of Laurelin Gilmore and Miranda Culp, artists and writers, both, picked up Mr. Press's mantle and took over the store in November 2020. We house roughly 15,000 books in addition to original art, limited edition prints, and ephemera. Our vision is to build a lasting cultural nexus, a place for creatives to exchange ideas, a place where artistic enterprises connect and collaborate.

Where most bookstores have a couple of art book shelves or even a dedicated art section, we have 1200 square-feet dedicated to the arts. We host poetry readings, author events,
artist talks, workshops, lectures, acoustic music, and small makers' fairs to further embrace the creative community. Our clientelle also includes universities, museums, galleries, privaye firms, private collectors, and special collections libraries.

We maintain a healthy online presence with an active social media following, an e-commerce website, and online selling platforms which allows us an international bookselling reach. We aim to be a resource and a benefit to the arts community in Sacramento for many decades to come.
