Join us for a fun seasonal mixed media project sure to be your new favorite holiday decoration! In this class we will chalk paint and distress wax a vintage ornate frame and create and dress and accessorize a snow person using hand made stencils, decoritive and handmade papers, textured wallpapers, reclaimed fabrics, and vintage sewing notions. We will use watercolor paints and masking fluids to create the background and adorable faces and fine line pens to add details as well as metallic waxes and vintage glass glitter to make it sparkle! Best of all you will leave with your stencil so you can create more snowfriends at home… and no need to wear hats or mittens or snow boots- we’ll be toasty warm in the studio and share lots of laughter!
