The City of Cañon City will be hosting a paper shredding event in November. We will collect paper from the public at City Hall in the downstairs foyer during the following dates/times.• Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
We will only be accepting paper for shredding. We will not accept newspaper or any media during this event; vhs, floppy disks, cassette tapes, etc. Cost is $0.50 per pound. Cash Only.
Items will be collected and then shredded on Monday, November 10, 2025.
