Ready to learn a new skill? Part of Pendleton Public Library's mission is to help community members explore personal interests.
Join Maura for an evening learning the art of paper quilling.
Each participant will have an opportunity to create a card with a simple quilling design such as the cactus in our example photo.
All supplies will be provided by the library.
