Open early at 12 NOON! After the Smithville Fly In, join us for an after party at our 2nd Annual Paper Plane Competition. The event is open to both adults and kids of all ages. Attendees will build paper planes and compete in various categories.✈️??Enjoy live music by JJ Soto & Friends 3:30-6pm!
Rules:
Paper planes must only be constructed out of one piece of paper that will be provided. The sheet must be modified by folding only! No ripping, gluing, cutting, stapling or ballasting is allowed! It must have a minimum wingspan of 2inches total and resemble an airplane. Paper Airplanes has to be made at the brewery
There are 2 categories* to compete:
-Time aloft
-Distance
For Adults (over 18) there will be one prize given for each category. For Children (18 and younger) there will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for each category.
Schedule:
-Register by 2:30pm
-Kids competition at 2:30pm
-Adult competition at 3pm
