⭐️ Ava Young

Ava Young is a production manager and creative producer in the film and television industries.

After studying film production at the School of Visual Arts in New York, she returned to Toronto to work on major studio productions for Warner Bros., Apple TV, and Disney+, while completing her degree in Creative Industries at Toronto Metropolitan University. At the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Ava manages and programs the annual TIFF Industry Conference, featuring visionary speakers such as Spike Lee, Guillermo del Toro, Rian Johnson, and Lulu Wang. She also supports key industry and talent development initiatives, including TIFF Writers' Studio, Directors' Lab, CHANEL Women Writers' Network, and the No Drama programme in partnership with NBCUniversal and Jordan Peele's Monkeypaw Productions.


⭐️ Hannah Cabrejas
Hannah Cabrejas is a Toronto-based Operations Support Specialist at Ticketmaster, where she oversees logistics and execution for large-scale live events and festivals across Canada. With a background in concert operations at HISTORY and event coordination with Waveland, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of live entertainment. Hannah's experience spans artist relations, production management, and on-site operations, where she excels at creating seamless and engaging audience experiences. Her multidisciplinary background in film and performance further informs her approach to storytelling and audience connection. Committed to excellence and innovation, Hannah continues to contribute to the evolving landscape of live events through her leadership and collaborative spirit.


⭐️ Roger Gingerich

Roger Gingerich is a visionary, connector, and advocate for the next generation of Canadian creatives. With over 40 years in Canada's creative industries, he is widely respected as a dynamic leader driving innovation, collaboration, and cultural growth.

As CEO of the Canadian International Fashion Film Festival (CANIFFF) and its global counterpart, Fashion. Film, Roger has built international bridges between fashion and film, creating transformative opportunities for artists and entrepreneurs. His leadership includes eight impactful years with New York's Fashion Group International-three as Toronto Regional Director—and key roles with Canada Fashion Group Inc., where he helped shape the nation's largest fashion weeks.

Roger also serves on the Board of Directors of the UK-based Commonwealth Fashion Council, representing 56 nations. A trusted voice on CBC and a part-time professor, he continues to inspire future creative leaders. Recently, he was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award in Fashion.

⭐ Richard Walters

Morpheus Richards aka Richard Walters is an award winning Actor, dancer, model and recording artist from Toronto, Canada. He’s been performing at a young age working on his craft to become one of the country’s best, who writes and composes his own music. As an Actor he began his professional acting career as a series regular on “Degrassi,” appearing on six seasons of the popular teen drama. Since then, he has acted in many acclaimed films and TV shows such as “Law and Order Toronto”.
