About this Event

This free, women-only mental health workshop invites participants to explore anger through a bio-psycho-social, cultural, and spiritual lens.

Led by Joi McGowan, LPC, alongside a panel of women professionals from across Northwest Arkansas, the evening will examine how anger shows up in our lives — whether it has been suppressed, expressed, or accepted.

The event includes a panel discussion, small group conversation, and a communal somatic meditation focused on releasing anger through the body in a supportive, reflective environment. Registration is required. Seating is limited.
