You will explore an enormous variety of products and ingredients that will help you access a myriad of Asian cuisines in your home cooking: Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Filipino and Hawaiian. Not only will your chef-guide give you suggestions for how to use common Asian supermarket products, but you will gain rich, cultural insight into these authentic ingredients and their significance in Asian cultures. ABOUT YOUR CHEF-GUIDE

Originally from Newcastle, chef Anthony O'Shaughnessy has managed award-winning cookery schools in the North of England including Blackfriars Cookery School in Newcastle, Leeds Cookery School and Jamie's Ministry of Food. Anthony has designed and delivered cookery courses in over 80+ subjects for aspiring home cooks and chefs, with a focus on giving authentic insight into world cuisines, ingredients and cookery techniques. Anthony's dad was a fascinated cook of Asian food and would take young Anthony for dim sum every Sunday on Newcastle's Stowell Street, as well as shopping in the local supermarkets. Also an avid traveller, Anthony has visited over 50 countries and offers 10 years of cooking expertise to share with you. You're in good hands!
