I am thrilled to announce that I'll be participating in this year's Elgin Fringe Festival . So exciting!Dates will be Sept. 21-29 (don't know which date I'll be presenting but it will be my one-woman play about the jet-age stewardesses of Pan Am).
If you're not familiar with the idea, Fringe Festivals celebrate performing and visual arts -- theater, music, dance, film, art, etc. The concept began in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1947 but has spread. Currently, there are 20 Fringe Festivals in the U.S./Canada. Elgin's Fringe Festival is now in its 9th year.
