PAMS Mini-THON Luminary Bag Order Form

One of our most special traditions at PAMS Mini-THON is the Luminary Walk! The Luminary Walk is our way to honor individuals who are fighting cancer or those that we have lost to cancer. Each Luminary Bag will have a hand-written dedication on it and there will be a candle placed inside. The night before our Mini-THON event (March 19), we will be having a community Luminary Walk that will be open to the public. Directly before our closing ceremony on the night of Mini-THON (March 20), all attendees will participate in the Luminary Walk. 

This order form is for you to request a Luminary Bag in honor or memory of any individuals impacted by cancer. Money and order forms are due by Friday, March 14, 2025.
