The Roots in the Garden 2024 Music Series kicks off on Thursday, May 30, with Palmyra the Band! We are super excited to host this Richmond-based trio. Teddy Chipouras, Mānoa Bell, and Sasha Landon fuse traditional folk string instruments, lush harmonies, and earnest songwriting. We saw the band perform at the Newport Folk Festival last summer and put them at the top of our band wish list for the 2024 series.
Our free concerts start at 5:30 PM in the Daniel Boone Native Gardens. We will have food and beverage vendors but you are also welcome to bring your own. Dogs are not allowed in the gardens.
