Have you ever wanted to learn how to make pasta? Let Palmerino's show you the way! Participants will learn the science behind flour and the techniques needed to create their very own delicous pasta. All ingredients and equipment wil lbe provided. Along with the class, participants will get to enjoy a 3 course dinner of mixed greens salad, the main dish of pasta and meatballs in marinara featuring our pasta, and a mixed berry spumone for dessert. Wine is included too!
