In this class, each student will decorate one 8-inch, three-layer vanilla cake (pictured is a 2 tier cake and is just for example) featuring beautiful, textured palette knife flowers. Whether you're looking to expand your decorating techniques or explore a new artistic medium, this class is packed with practical skills and creative inspiration.
Students will learn:
How to level, fill, stack, crumb coat, and final coat a cake
Basic color theory and how to confidently mix custom colors
Which mediums work best for palette knife floral decorating

How to create a variety of flower shapes, sizes, and petal styles
