Palette Knife Cake Decorating Class

A special skills and techniques class focused on decorating with a palette knife.

Class expected to go for 3 hours - 10:00-1:00

Come enjoy a Sunday morning learning this fun sugar art technique!

Ages 16+

All supplies are provided with use of decorating tools during class.

You will ice a double layered (for extra height) 6" cake with sky blue buttercream then practice various palette knife techniques before applying to the cake to create sunflowers and various filler florals on the side of the cake.
