Palestine Fuundraiser - Yoga & soundbath

Join us for a gentle, heart-centred evening of movement, breath, and sound in solidarity with Palestine.

We will begin with a grounding yoga practice to open the body and release tension, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath, where you’ll be immersed in the vibrations of gongs and other sacred instruments. Together, we’ll create space for healing, reflection, and collective support.

No prior yoga or meditation experience needed — this event is open to all.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything to help you feel comfortable lying down.
