Dr Jennifer Anné , the DinoLab Assistant Manager at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences. Her research focuses on using a variety of chemical analyses to determine what original biological material is preserved in fossils and how organisms become fossilized using cutting-edge techniques like X-ray fluorescence or spectroscopy to gather data. She has studied everything from dinosaurs to manatees, and all vertebrates in between.
