Jill will prepare you a selection of iconic Canadian dishes, while certified wine educator, Jessica DiFruscia, expertly matches them with some of the fantastic beverages produced right here in Canada. This is your chance to explore uniquely Canadian ingredients while learning essential pairing principles along the way.
