Paintings for MomThis Play Date will be a more intimate experience. The kids will be able to use their artistry skills and paint an 8x10 canvas for mom just in time for Mother’s Day.
The Play Date will be divided into 3, 45min sessions. The kid's will paint their canvases with the assistance from their family members. We will have different pictures to choose from. Snacks will be provided during the Play Date brought to you by the Redstick CARES Team.
There will be 25 kids scheduled per time slot. Due to us having a limited amount of space for this Play Date you have until Friday, May 10th by 3pm to register.

15 min clean up and prep

15 min clean up and job well done!

Redstick C.A.R.E.S. is an organization committed to building a resilient community in greater Baton Rouge and the surrounding nine parishes by improving the community's behavioral, mental and social health through human connection.
We do this by providing counseling and therapy, programs for people with special needs, disabilities, and/or who may be on the autism spectrum, educational and skill building activities, support groups, school system advocacy, and a dedicated CARES phone line to connect those in need to our programs and resources. 225-351-CARE
The Redstick Cares Team is a group of young adults who have completed or are nearing the end of their high school experience but are not yet ready for the work force or further education. Led by a Cares Coordinator, the Cares Team learns independent living and employment skills in areas such as culinary, janitorial, design, business, and agriculture.
The Magnolia Rose Foundation for Autism Acceptance is blessed to be able to partner with groups like these. They truly understand the work we do and their heart is in it just as much as ours!!!
