Create a Sensory Painting with fibers in this workshop led by fiber artist Lydia Hansen. Inspired by her current exhibition titled the Sensory Sculpture Garden, this workshop covers creating your own mini sensory art. Use buttons, beads, yarn, and decorative threads to create a piece of abstract art that is interesting to look at AND to touch. Learn techniques of embroidery, weaving, latch hook, and simple sewing, which you can combine any way you see fit to create a one-of-a-kind fiber painting.
