Bring a friend and share a quiet relaxing time for setting and focusing on intentions with paint!Light check-ins and a time of personal reflection and intention setting. During the painting session you will be free to focus and relax, creating and exploring as you see fit!
Materials and supplies will be provided. After you are finished with your painting you will be asked to reflect on what you have made and spend some time journaling a reflection.
