Painting Herbal Essences

Join us for a journey of meeting 3 heart opening herbs through guided meditation and then a guided painting exercise of the herbs to capture their essence in art on Tuesday, April 15th from 4pm-6pm at our Venice Apothecary.

In this soul-nourishing experience, meditation and creativity intertwine to deepen your connection with three heart-opening herbs. We begin with a guided meditation that will lead you into the heart of each herb, awakening your senses and opening your spirit to their healing properties. Next, through a guided painting exercise, you will translate the essence of these herbs onto canvas, using colors and forms to express their unique energy. This process encourages a deeper understanding of the herbs, allowing you to explore their qualities through both introspection and creativity, fostering a bond between nature, art, and self.

Guests Recommended to Bring: A journal and pen.

Camille is a facilitator, folk herbalist, yoga teacher, and earth medicine guide, with training in both Western and Mayan indigenous herbalism and plant ceremony. Camille has hosted ceremonies with cacao, herbs, wellness retreats, and herbal medicine workshops. She also leads women through a holistic mentorship program for breaking free from stress, anxiety, and self-doubt and cultivating balance, mental clarity and self-empowerment through holistic wellness practices.

Autumn is a multidisciplinary designer, artist as well as a certified health and wellness coach. Working to create holistic experiences that elevate well-being and bring your dreams to life. Illustrated children’s books and hosted painting workshops in the past.
