Painting Class - Zen Holiday Brunch

Do you like creating beautiful things? Maybe a handmade gift or an affirmation canvas? The theme for this class is 'The Colors of Our Dreams' with a zen piano playlist accompaniment. There will be glitter, gold, and silver paint to reflect our fascinating inner worlds during the Holiday Season.

Before we learned to write - we painted. Art is the most natural form of human release and expression. Painting relieves stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalance, helping us feel joy and freedom.

I love hosting art meditation classes as a therapy to untangle mental webs, balance our brains and tend to our inner world. We explore painting for its calming and healing potential, to help us slow down, connect to our inner child, and spend quality time with our SELF. My teaching style is focused on a personal expression - and everyone will come out of the class with one-of-a-kind mesmerizing painting, just like your inner worlds are.

I invite you to use art meditation as a monthly therapy, an opportunity to release what cannot be expressed through words. I believe that what is not expressed - depressed. Come to simply relax and express yourself in colors in a supportive company.
