This headspace Day at Cessnock we are inviting Cessnock and the surrounding Communities to come to the headpsace Cessnock centre and help us celebrate with a Pizza and Painting Party!

This years theme is around Pause. Reflect. Reconnect. So pause what your plans were, come reflect on the the community, your health and wellbeing, and the awesome event that we are hosting and try to reconnect with your self and the community by having some fun with us!

Here at headspace we know that being a young person today means juggling a lot - whether it's figuring out who you are, what you care about and what your future looks like. It's exciting but it can also get pretty overwhelming at times.

When life starts to feel overwhelming, take the time to pause and reflect, so you can find the space and energy to reconnect with what's important to you. Reconnecting with others, work, study, nature, hobbies and the things that work for you can positively impact your mental wellbeing and help build your resilience.

This headspace day, we're encouraging everyone to take a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with something that works for you and brings you happiness.
